7 Wonders Duel was my runner up for game of the year in 2015. My ten year old son and I must have played forty joyous games. We strongly recommend experimenting with the following rule amendments if you prefer less luck:
- All cards are face up. The only element of luck came from not setting up the three ages in advance.
- A player could skip their turn by paying 7.
